1. If the product you ordered is not in stock then a full refund will be given. We will send you an email to inform you that we have refunded your payment. Refunds are done through PAYPAL, and will be automatically transferred to the credit/debit card used to purchase.
2. Goods can only be returned within 30 days of purchase and must be in the same condition they were delivered. Please send us the items accompanied by your name, address and email address. A full refund of the card payment will be given but not for the delivery charge the customer has paid for sending the goods to us. If items are damaged or a mistake was made by Britwear Enterprise then the charge for posting items back to us will also be refunded.
